Evaluating Detroit Lions 2022 NFL Season Opener Being Should Win

Dan Campbell and the Detroit Lions are looking to make a significant improvement in the win-loss column headed into the 2022 season.

Campbell, in his first season with the Lions in 2021, led the team to a 3-13-1 record and a last-place finish in the NFC North division.

Additionally, Detroit didn’t win its first game of the season until Week 13, which came in a 29-27 victory against the division rival Minnesota Vikings.

Thus, pressure will be on Campbell, in his second season as a full-time NFL head coach, to not only get the Lions to be more competitive on a weekly basis but also to produce more wins.
